The Climb #34 - 4 years since my last hospitalization

It has been 4 years since my last hospitalization with Bipolar disorder and is the longest stretch of time out of the hospital since my first diagnosis. I am overwhelmed with joy and pride for the strides I’ve made the past 4 years and want to share with everyone 3 key takeaways from this time.
