My take aways from the Video:
60% Mental Health Screening went up in the past year on MHA’s website
Pandemic has put us in a situation where as a society Mental health with continue to worsen due to pandemics lasting effects.
Shame and stigma really important for mental health - silver lining of the pandemic was more people are talking it about Mental health right now and what they are experiencing.
Mental health is health … breaking arm would not carry shame, should be the same with Depression or any other Mental Illness.
